When upper-back implants are needed but the sinus floor sits too low, we gently lift the membrane and graft bone underneath. Adds 4–6 months but enables implants where they'd otherwise be impossible.

Sometimes — if they erupt straight, in healthy bone, and you can clean them. Most cases benefit from removal because crowding/decay are common. We CBCT-image and decide together.
